This just in - LAPA is hosting a tea/coffee time with Mary Schapiro next Tuesday, February 25th, from 4 -5 p.m., as part of her two-day visit to the Woodrow Wilson School.
This is a very special opportunity, one we hope you will take advantage of, and hope to see you then.
In her role at the SEC, Mary Schapiro was known as one of the world's most powerful female regulators. She was named chair in the midst of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. As chairman, she helped strength and revitalize the agency by overseeing a more rigorous enforcement program and shaping new rules for Wall Street. During her tenure, the agency's work force brought about a record number of enforcement actions and achieved significant regulatory reform to protect investors.
Open to Princeton Faculty, Visitors, Graduate and Undergraduate students - No RSVP required, please just stop by on Tuesday afternoon.
