Dimitry Kochenov holds a chair in EU Constitutional Law at the Department of European and Economic Law. His research focuses on the essential foundations of EU law to go beyond the Treaty text: justice, equality and respect - as well as on the broad implications of EU citizenship and legal principles for the evolution of the essence of the European legal space.

His informal lunch conversation will focus on the recent paradigm shift of European citizenship towards fundamental rights.
