- Eugene O'Donnell, John Jay College of Criminal Justice lecturer and former law enforcement officer and prosecutor
- Recent exoneree Mark Schand, freed on October 4, 2013, 27 years after a wrongful conviction
Moderated by Fall Ferris Professor of Journalism Mike Mc Graw McGraw, a Pulitzer-winning investigative reporter on leave from The Kansas City Star, who has published numerous stories about a likely wrongful conviction case there.
