Conference Organized by Christina Davis, Erik Voeten, and Helen Milner

The conference brings together those studying courts from different perspectives in American politics, comparative politics, international relations, and law. Papers explore insights about judicial process with analysis of courts ranging from the U.S. Supreme Court and European Court of Justice to the World Trade Organization and constitutional processes in Costa Rica.
