LAPA Fellow Bernadette Meyler presents at Temple Faculty Colloquium - November 5, 2009

LAPA Fellow Professor Bernadette Meyler presented at the Faculty Colloquium at Temple University's Beasley School of Law School on Monday, November 2.  Professor Meyler's current research addresses borders between written and unwritten law, the link between common and constitutional law, religious rights, and the possibility of common-law originalism.  At LAPA, Professor Meyler holds the Mellon/LAPA Fellowship in Law and Humanities.

LAPA Acting Director and Associate Professor of Politics Paul Frymer has received the best book award from the American Political Science Association's Section on Race, Ethnicity and Politics for his book Black and Blue: African Americans, the Labor Movement, and the Decline of the Democratic Party.

LAPA Announces 2009-2010 Fellows - February 24, 2009

The Program in Law and Public Affairs (LAPA) at Princeton University is pleased to announce its fellows for the 2009-2010 academic year.   Each year, LAPA hosts a select group of fellows drawn from the academy, legal practice, and government or policymaking institutions.  In addition to pursuing unique research projects, they share their experience and expertise with students and faculty in both formal and informal settings.
