LAPA to host Reporters for the American Law Institute

Working session to be held at Princeton University

Under LAPA's sponsorship, Reporters for the American Law Institute's ( http://www.ali.org ) "Restatement Third of the United States Law of International Commercial Arbitration" will gather for a working session at Princeton University, February 21-22 in preparation for the formal presentation of their recommendations the following week. 

On Saturday, LAPA will host a luncheon for interested faculty and graduate students at which the Reporters, led by Professor George Bermann, Gellhorn Professor of Law & Jean Monnet Professor of European Union Law at  Columbia University School of Law, will discuss the peculiar challenges that their project entails.
