Christine Stansell is Edwards Professor of American History. She is finishing a history of feminism, 1792-2002, in which legal history figures large. She is doing new teaching on post-catastrophic societies and as part of her investigation of the aftermaths in Rwanda and Cambodia, has been studying issues of post-genocidal justice.
