Miguel Angel Centeño is Professor of Sociology and International Affairs and Director of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies. He has published nine books as author or editor and several dozen articles. For his project on The Dilemmas of Liberalism in the Iberian World, he is analyzing how the failure to establish an institutionalized rule of law in Latin America helps explain many of the economic and political challenges facing that region. He is also currently working on several book projects including: Observing Trade, and People, Money and Things as well as an online Historical Atlas of Globalization. |
