Morgan was most recently the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President for Policy at the Center for American Progress, a liberal "action tank" in Washington DC. Prior to joining the Center, she was a student at Tufts University where she graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Spanish and Community Health. At Tufts, she was part of the University College of Citizenship and Public Service Scholar initiative and organized community building programs, interned with a Massachusetts state representative, and worked at a community health center in Boston's Chinatown. Morgan originally hails from Columbus, OH and credits this Midwestern background with instilling in her a strong sense of social responsibility. Though focusing on Domestic Policy at WWS, Morgan also has an interest in the intersection between domestic and international policy. Her legal interests relate to law and economics. She hopes to work in the U.S. political arena soon after completing her time at the Woo and receiving her JD.
