Ambassador Peter Galbraith was a LAPA Distinguished Guest in October 2006. He gave a public lecture at Princeton titled "The End Of Iraq: How American Incompetence Created A War Without End," participated in classes during his stay and gave the keynote address on "Iraq's Intentional Constitution: A Roadmap to Partition" at the conference on the Iraqi Constitution jointly sponsored by LAPA and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
