Please join us for a luncheon discussion with David Schwendiman, the Deputy Chief War Crimes Prosecutor at the State Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

David Schwendiman has been an international prosecutor in the War Crimes Department since 2006. Mr. Schwendiman's responsibilities at the State Prosecutor's Office have included developing a state-wide prosecutorial strategy, prosecuting cases arising in the eastern region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and coordinating cooperation with both the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and other local institutions conducting war crimes investigations and prosecutions.
